This past year has been full of many surprises, valuable lessons, meaningful conversations, and wonderful experiences. It seemed to fly by and in looking back, I realize that a lot has changed and will continue to change.
For 2014, I encourage everyone to embrace change. Create new goals/resolutions and write them down. Look at them regularly; hold onto where you're going but remember to take time to accept where you're at and practice gratitude. After all, the journey towards your dreams is where the memories are created.
I'm looking forward to starting a new year that will be filled with new beginnings. I used to have some fear of the unkown, instead I've now decided to let it give me hope. Within the next few days, I'm going to come up with a list of goals for the next year, but overall I think I'm going to challenge myself to slow down. I've realized as I've gotten older that it's easy to get so busy with life that we don't have time to live.
Here's to living, here's to a new year!
Sending my best wishes to everyone.
